PhD Candidate George Siokas participated as an invited speaker at the 5th “Sm@rt Cities – Digit@l Citizens” Conference.

Specifically, on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, he participated in the digital panel of the 1st session (10.00 – 11.30) on the topic “Institutional Interventions and the Use of “Tools” in Local and Regional Government”.
