“Industry in Central Macedonia is dynamic and innovative, but with potential for further development” – Article by Assoc. Prof. A. Tsakanikas in the Economic Review
On the occasion of the tribute to the Region of Macedonia, this note presents the results of an interesting field survey conducted by IOBE and EVEO on behalf of SEV, in approximately 1,000 industrial enterprises in the country. Of course, the survey was conducted in 2018 and therefore concerns the period before the pandemic crisis.
However, its data are interesting because they concern structural issues of the industry and give an insight into the strategic identity of the region.
