Participation of NTUA’s MOKE in the Training Seminar “Open Innovation” of the OPEN NEW FOOD program by SEVT

Professor Yannis Caloghirou (NTUA), Assistant Professor Angelos Tsakanikas (NTUA), and Dr. Ioanna Kastelli participated in the 4th partners’ meeting of the European project “Open New Food”, organized by SEVT (Federation of Hellenic Food Industries), which aims to train food industry executives on topics related to open innovation.

The presentations delivered had the following titles:

  • Y. Caloghirou (MOKE NTUA): The concept of the value chain

  • A. Tsakanikas (MOKE NTUA): Barriers to undertaking innovations

  • I. Kastelli (MOKE NTUA): Idea Formation
